Exchange Policy

At Petrichor, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of receiving your items.

Free Returns within 30 Days

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery. We believe that you should have the opportunity to experience our products firsthand, risk-free.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Tags and labels must be intact. Please note that we cannot accept returns on personalized or customized items.

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer support team at curie@petrichor.earth to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a prepaid return label.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to appear in your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping After 30 days

If you are returning an item after 30 days or the item is not eligible for free returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
